Cancellation Policy

Deposits are not required for consultations - This is a free service but the event that you can no longer attend or are running late please contact us to honour the appointment. We offer a 10 minute grace period for confirmed bookings, if the client is more than 10 minutes late without contacting us then the appointment will be cancelled.
